the hotel location is central i could easily walk to many attractions the rooftop terrace offered a peaceful retreat i enjoyed the sounds of birds and church bells away from the city bustle breakfast was a delight i sampled various options each was amazing. the staff provided assistance they were friendly and helpful i felt valued.
upon arrival the air conditioning was not working properly this was inconvenient the room felt small i noticed minor repairs are needed the jacuzzi bath was not functional there were loose taps in the sink.

the hotel enjoys a prime location near the cathedral i found it very convenient to explore the surrounding areas on foot many main attractions are only a short walk away ensuring easy access.

breakfast offered a wide selection of options the food preparation was fresh and tasty i found the dining area to be clean the staff was attentive to my needs they ensured a pleasant meal.

The location was central. Restaurants and bars were a short walk away! the staff provided very friendly service. breakfast was lovely. the surroundings felt comfortable.
The air conditioning did not work when i arrived. This was a small inconvenience though.

The breakfast was acceptable (nothing to write home about). The location is very central.
The taxi I had booked to the airport did not show up. The front desk directed me to a taxi line. It had a massive queue. I almost missed my flight due to this. A heads-up about the taxi situation would have been helpful.
